We help businesses solve their staffing challenges in an extremely cost effective manner, by providing them access to a pool of work-ready, enthusiastic candidates.

We work closely with employers to understand their specific recruitment needs, and we connect them with skilled candidates from our programmes who bring a fresh perspective to the role. With a strong track record spanning over six years in Hawke's Bay, The Development Hub has been instrumental in building the local workforce, placing hundreds of candidates in successful, long-term employment.

We can’t do this alone. It’s through collective efforts that we can truly make a difference in the lives of our community. 

We recognise that nationally, many individuals face significant challenges commonly referred to as the "Big Six": Economic barriers, inadequate housing, substance abuse, gender-based violence, lack of social connectedness and mental health challenges.

We actively seek the support and commitment of government and community organisations to work alongside us and strive for a future where everyone has the opportunity to find meaningful work and actively participate in their communities.
