The purpose of the Engage programme, is to work through Development Hub course content in order to get candidates better prepared for work. “Engage” is specifically to prepare candidates to gain employment within a customer engagement environment, including, but not limited to, customer service, retail, contact centres, hospitality. The programme is driven to increase confidence, team work and commitment and provides candidates with a base foundation of skill sets required to seek sustainable employment.

The outcome we look to achieve is individuals who are confident on how to present themselves to employers and are exuding the right attitude, willingness to learn and foundation customer service abilities.
